The Basics:
Law Enforcement and Military orders always go to the front of the line.
- Because we keep a substantial inventory of 550 Paracord we are rarely back-ordered.
Our current lead time is 3-5 Business days and is noted in the right sidebar.
- Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9a-5p CT.
- Transactions are processed by securely by PayPal, so your credit card information is safe and never viewed or stored by us.

Good Fit ...
I've made thousands of bracelets and know how to create them to fit you comfortably -- but only if you follow my instructions here. I need your actual and accurate wrist size!
The only time a bracelet will not fit properly is if a customer guesses at the size of their wrist and does not follow theses directions.
Returns...
Being each item is made specifically for you based on the info you provide on your order -- all sales are final.
If you did not check your order details, measure per our instructions, guessed at the size and/or you ordered the wrong item or your bracelet is the wrong size -- that is your responsibility. We cannot be expected to incur replacement/modification costs and return shipping for those who do not take the time to provide accurate measurements or correct order details. If you are not happy with the quality of your order or we made a mistake, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Shipping ...
Law Enforcement and Military orders always go to the front of the line.
Our current lead-time is noted in the lower right hand corner of your screen. This lead-time is in business days. Larger team/group orders take longer for Paul to make your items and get them out the door. All our products include standard First Class shipping within the United States. We are in zip code 38668 in northern Mississippi. First Class USPS will vary to your location.
Let's be real -- Uncle Sam's postal service is not the most consistent or reliable -- so plan on 3-5 days to get your package; 7-10 if you are on either coast. Especially if there has been some wacky weather in your area! We highly recommend if you want to get your items quicker and have a tracking number that you can upgrade to Priority (at our reduce rate) which takes 2-3 days from our location to yours once in Uncle Sam's hands (and even that isn't guaranteed by USPS!).
International Orders ...
Orders received from outside the USA will incur additional shipping fees. We only ship to a select group of countries. If your country is not listed, contact us for a quote. For tracking purposes we only ship USPS Priority outside of the United States. Due to the USPS January/2012 rate increase, orders to Canada are $14.95 S&H. All other locations are $18.95 S&H. Simply place your order and our system will calculate your the Priority shipping fees to your location.

You can select upgrade to Priority Shipping when checking out. If you have a special target date -- please
contact us first to make sure we can meet your date!

If you need to change your order e-mail us immediately and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
A WORD ABOUT DISCOUNT CODES: Discount codes must be entered at the time you place your order and cannot be applied retroactively after the fact.

All my items are guaranteed for workmanship and fit -- if the instructions on how to measure your wrist that are on this site are followed. If you have concerns, contact me and I will make sure you receive a replacement that's to your satisfaction.
